To pass the accreditation procedure, the following package of documents is required:

1. Application to the FSI SRC (Federal State Institution “State Register Chamber”), in writing. Our experts will help to prepare it and compose it in accordance with the established form. To do this, you will need to provide us with:

  • Name of representative office and its location;
  • Time of registration;
  • The type of business the designated entity is engaged in and its key objectives;

2. Extract from the trade register;

3. Original and copies of the regulation on the representation of legal entities in the Russian Federation;

4. Memorandum of association of the company;

5. Mandatory condition – the presence of a letter of recommendation from a financial institution that serves this legal entity in the country of registration to confirm the solvency of the latter;

6. In addition – at least two letters from business partners in the territory of the Russian Federation with whom this legal entity plans to cooperate or is already cooperating;

7. A document confirming the agreement on the opening of a representative office with the administration of a constituent subject of the Russian Federation;

8. A notarized copy of the power of attorney, if all procedures will be handled by your representative;

9. Card of representative offices of a foreign legal entity.

Note. That the entire package of documents must be translated and legalized at the consulate. Apostille is also required, as well as notarization of signatures.

In the event that notarization is impossible to obtain or it is not used, additional documents may be requested to confirm the authority.
