Resident LLC — Resident limited liability company

- minimum 2 partners
Limited Partnership
- share capital is not formed
- keeping records is necessary
- some requirements for the name of the company
- partners may be both legal entities and individuals
Private Limited Company
- share capital is not formed but is recommended in the amount starting from 2 000 pounds
- 1 director or 2 directors and 1 secretary
