To open a bank account, the following package of documents is required:

  • Registration card of the company;

  • Extract from the Commercial Register;

  • Documents confirming the identity of the owner;

  • If an account is opened by a representative on behalf of the owner, it is required to provide a translated and notarized power of attorney in representative’s name.

Please note that documents are submitted in English, Russian, Estonian. If you have documents in another language, a sworn translator will translate them and notarize the translation.
